This project features large three tie-rod-supported balconies with glass railing and central privacy walls. Additional bolt-on balconies have solid aluminum side panels for privacy. The multi-color finish palette adds visual interest throughout the development, with the mix of white and black balconies. Additional scope included railing for a large rooftop deck.
