SHOWCASE|Multifamily|Village at Totem Lake

Village at Totem Lake

Village at Totem Lake is RailPro's largest project to date, with our team working on-site for more than a year to complete this expansive mixed-use development. Constructed above a retail shopping center, the project included 415 custom balconies in a variety of shapes and sizes featuring both picket and cable railing. Among them were some of the largest balconies in RailPro's history, measuring up to 32 feet in length. Additional scope included 136 architectural canopies, custom sunshades, building railing, garage infill systems, and courtyard railing, privacy screens, and gates. RailPro provided all exterior architectural metal fabrications above the ground floor, showcasing our ability to deliver large-scale, complex aluminum fabrication and installation projects.
